Return & Exchange Policy 

At Rollin BD, we ensure every product is quality-checked before delivery. However, to maintain efficiency and fairness, our return and exchange policy is simple and transparent.

Exchange / Replacement Eligibility

We do not offer returns or general exchanges for shop or online purchases.
A replacement will only be provided if the product is received damaged, faulty, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Products purchased during any Sale or Promotion are not eligible for exchange or replacement unless a wrong or faulty product is delivered.

  • Inside Dhaka

If a damaged or wrong item is received within Dhaka city, customers must notify our support team within 3 days of delivery. Once verified, Rollin BD will arrange a replacement at no additional delivery cost.

  • Outside Dhaka

For deliveries outside Dhaka, if a product is found damaged or incorrect, customers are required to inform our support team within 5 days.
After verification, the replacement will be shipped once the faulty product is returned to us in its original packaging.
(Return shipping may apply for certain regions.)

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before processing or shipping. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, and this policy will apply.
Rollin BD reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing discrepancies, or payment authorization failure.
